Runner of the Month – DecemberIgnoring the temptation to take it easy over the festive period, plenty of Harriers kept up their training during December. Those efforts were rewarded with some brilliant PBs and fantastic race performances. And for one unsung hero all the hard graft finally paid off. Here are December’s Runner of the Month…
Only really one event to dominate this week’s report. No, not the “work event” the committee members had that time. Yes, it’s all about the sun dappled fields of Mallusk this week. But more of that later. Taking on the parkruns this week were: Valley parkrun:Ramunas Stanevicius 22:10, Karen McKee 26:05, ADav 26:07, David Esler…

This week it wasn’t just me suffering from wind as several parkruns also felt the effects. But that didn’t stop our XC teams or road racers as you will see below. It’ll take more than Arwen to blow them off course. Thank you, I’ll be here all week….. Firstly, a late result off the Vidiprinter…
Well, have you spent your £100 voucher yet? Have you spent it on gifts for the runner in your life? Or someone else’s life? How could you let another Xmas go by without a hilarious quote on a mug? Or a hat with a built-in lamp? Or Suzie Brennan socks? Just remember folks, buy local!…
