Apologies for the late report but I took the whole weekend to make sure that Cavillator Towers is lit up like a Heathrow runway. Those reindeers aren’t going to light themselves you know. Worked so hard that I gave myself tinselitus. Sorry.Taking on the parkruns this week were: Valley parkrun:Ben Davidson 21:45 and 3rd finisher,…
“Regrets, I’ve had a few” sang Frank when he did it his way and I’m sure that, this morning, many of the Harriers who attended the Xmas dinner last night may have agreed. But a great night was still had by all, despite the nonsense being talked and the odd sore head today. Sure, we…
This week it wasn’t just me suffering from wind as several parkruns also felt the effects. But that didn’t stop our XC teams or road racers as you will see below. It’ll take more than Arwen to blow them off course. Thank you, I’ll be here all week….. Firstly, a late result off the Vidiprinter…
Well, have you spent your £100 voucher yet? Have you spent it on gifts for the runner in your life? Or someone else’s life? How could you let another Xmas go by without a hilarious quote on a mug? Or a hat with a built-in lamp? Or Suzie Brennan socks? Just remember folks, buy local!…
Last week it was ghosts in Balyboley, this week the only wailing came from the Sunday trail runners themselves as they spotted another hill on Paul’s scenic route round Glenariff. Why not take this opportunity to share some festive cheer with your favourite Harriers and see how…

“What a month! Who to choose?! There were some fantastic performances this month and if I could nominate more than one person.” To quote from one of our nominations and it is certainly true of September. A fantastic month with no let up from the Harriers in their running efforts. Here’s what you had to…
I, as I’m sure we all do, still eagerly await the takeover of Mallusk Harriers by a billionaire petroleum-based nation state. But, as it hasn’t happened yet and I haven’t been replaced (yet) by JK Rowling, here’s yet another week of results and nonsense. Taking on the parkruns this week were:Valley parkrun:Ben Davidson 21:14, Alan…
