Don’t worry Boromir Marathon Training is well underway. Lots of hard work being put in by Mallusk Harriers at training and races. Just look at these results.

Parkruns – Saturday 30th September

Bushy, London: Fighting their way across London on a Saturday Morning Danny Donaldson 32:30 and Tiffany Donaldson 32:32 completed the UK’s longest running parkrun.

Leg It Cavehill 5 Mile Run (Sunday 24th Sep): Matthew Cromie 44:47. Well done to Harriers who supported this event.
