Centra Run Together Pairs Event Ormeau Park 5k: We had a number of Harriers out on Sunday running with friends and family. A worthwhile event not only encouraging people to get out and run whatever their fitness level but also in support of Action Cancer. Times to follow.

“It’s very hard in the beginning to understand that the whole idea is not to beat the other runners. Eventually, you learn that the competition is against the little voice inside you that wants you to quit.”
