Another Sunday, another marathon major. No rest for the Harriers’ international division as 4 Harriers took to the gold paved streets of London looking for PBs and Liz Truss’ autograph:

Prof Alan Ladd 2:48:36, Big Mary O’Neill 2:58:35PB, Kevin Donnelly 2:58:59PB and Angela Stevens 4:56:24.

Results for the Mary Peters event today are not yet available and so will be noted next week.

So this week’s tune is for our Londoners. Big congrats on finishing a marathon, a major and, for some, a PB. Gents and lady, we salute you.

And, just to cheer you up, it’s the Smiths. Told you I was in a bad mood.

Until next week, behave.
